HEALTH, SAFETY & EVENT DISCLAIMER

The safety and well-being of all attendees remain top priorities for Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers (SCCB). For in-person events, SCCB will follow recommendations from local health authorities, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and our host venues to support a safe and comfortable experience.

By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks. As a condition of attendance, you agree to release and hold harmless SCCB, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, or damages related to illness, injury, or other circumstances arising from participation in this event.

CONSENT TO USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES

Registration and attendance at SCCB events constitute an agreement by the attendee to allow SCCB to use and distribute their image, likeness, or voice in event-related photographs, videos, and promotional materials.

SCCB CODE OF CONDUCT

SCCB is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. We expect every attendee, sponsor, volunteer, and staff member to conduct themselves professionally and in alignment with SCCB’s values of integrity, respect, and collaboration.

Code of Conduct highlights include:

  • No harassment or intimidation. This includes unwelcome sexual attention, stalking, or unsolicited physical contact.
  • Respectful behavior. Communication and actions should remain appropriate for a professional real estate audience.
  • Respect for others. Attendees, hosts, sponsors, venue personnel, and staff should be treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
  • Reporting concerns. If you experience or witness harassment or other inappropriate behavior, please notify an SCCB Board Member or staff representative immediately.
  • Consequences. Violations may result in a warning, removal from the event without refund, or other corrective action as permitted by SCCB leadership and governing policies.

By attending a SCCB Program or Event, all participants acknowledge this Code of Conduct and agree to uphold it throughout the event.
